At Braiding Hair Wholesale, we want you to be fully satisfied with your professional supplies. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unopened and unused hair products within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure all braiding hair is in its original, unopened packaging with all tags attached; hair that has been brushed, installed, or handled cannot be accepted for hygienic reasons.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked carrier to send the items back to our distribution center, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
